Director: Wen Qi
Hello! My name is Wen Qi, and I am an educator, program founder, and lifelong advocate for high-quality early childhood education. With more than 15 years of professional experience in the field of ECE, I have dedicated my career to supporting children's learning, identity development, and emotional well-being through thoughtful, culturally responsive practice.  Over the past decade, Throughout I have founded and directed several early learning programs in San Francisco, including a Mandarin after-school and summer camp, a family child care center, and a bilingual preschool. These experiences have shaped my belief that education should honor every child's cultural background, nurture their strengths, and provide them with meaningful opportunities to explore, create, and grow.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from San Francisco State University and received my Site Supervisor Permit and Site Director Permit in 2017. I'm committed to ongoing professional growth and to supporting high-quality early learning experiences that honor each child’s individuality and cultural background.
Outside of her professional work, I enjoy cooking traditional Chinese cuisine, knitting, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends. I bring these passions into my work, contributing warmth, creativity, and a strong sense of community to the school environment.

Lead Teacher: Li Lao Shi
Hello everyone! I am an early childhood educator with six years of experience working with young children. I have worked in both family childcare and early education centers, and these experiences have helped me better understand children’s needs in different environments while allowing me to gain extensive hands-on experience in both teaching and caregiving.
Currently, I am studying at CCSF and have completed more than 60 units. I have already earned my Infant/Toddler Certificate and am continuing my coursework toward a Teacher Certificate. I am committed to continually improving my professional skills so I can create a safer, healthier, and more nurturing environment for children.
As a mother of two, I deeply understand the importance of children’s physical and emotional development. I have a strong interest in child psychology and developmental education. I love playing, learning, and exploring with children, and I enjoy supporting them as they discover the world and develop their interests. I truly believe that with patience and love, every child can shine in their own unique way.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and exercising. These hobbies make my life more fulfilling and give me the energy to stay active and engaged when working with children. I hope to bring this passion into my work and create a warm, joyful, and supportive environment for every child.
